The Union Street offices bring an imaginative solution to a prominent site, whilst retaining an existing façade.  The project is set around the issues of maximising day lighting into each floor of offices and the use of high quality materials clearly expressed. A fair faced concrete wall has windows and openings within it and a glazed rainscreen over it, to provide a series of dramatic views in and out of the building.  A central lightwell and stair set around a sculptural concrete wall continue this language within the building.  This project was led by Jason Wren whilst an Associate at Studio E Architects.
