Jason brought a number of innovative ideas to the table, and gently challenged our some of our original thoughts for the house. At no stage did we feel under pressure to use all his suggestions; however we felt they produced a far superior outcome to the ‘standard terrace conversion’.

Further, Jason was able to make our ideas ‘happen’ including working closely with our council to achieve approval for a higher than standard ceiling height in the second reception area and a larger en suite and dressing room on the second floor. All these features have enhanced the design greatly an  added tremendously to the value of the house.

Finally, the entire experience was very smooth and pleasant! Jason was very easy to deal with, happy to answer all our questions and keep us very informed of the approval process at each stage.
