The commission for this project was won in a competitive interview.   Located in Peacehaven along the coast from Brighton, the scheme proposes a two storey building in a sensitive garden site.  The architetcture seeks to address all the associated issues of privacy and overlooking, whilst still bringing extensive amounts of daylight into the building.  The budget is tight and every effort has been made to identify those elements that are significant and will attract the greater portion of the budget and those that are ‘back of house’ and will be realised simply and effectively.  The client is the local charity - The House Project Centre.
