3 Fulham Site Visits
Today we are visiting three of our projects which are currently on site in Fulham. They are at different stages of construction and each site meeting will reflect this. When we are visiting building sites we are looking at a number of issues depending on the stage of the project.
St Maur Road
The first visit is to our basement extension and whole house reworking in St. Maur Road off Parsons Green. Here the project is approaching completion. We are discussing the timetable for the contractor to hand over the project and the associated requirements. Alongside any questions relating to the general completion of the project. The project has many elements to it and it is clear it will be a lovely and impressive home for or clients.
Elbe Street
The second site visit is to our project in Elbe Street. The project is a side infill extension, loft conversion, roof terrace and internal remodelling. It has recently started on site so we are discussing early questions with the contractor including a review of his site construction programme. With the variety of extensions being carried out we look forward to the transformation of our client’s home.
Doneraile Street
Our third site visit is to a rear extension in Doneraile Street in the ‘alphabet streets’. This project is now almost complete. We are completing the snagging inspection and discussing matters relating to the final account. The use of glass and sense of openness has worked very well and this was a key part of client’s brief.
