Brighton Extension and Roof Terrace in Conservation Area

Our project at Norfolk Road in Brighton has just been photographed.

Located in a prominent conservation area in Brighton, the addition of a large roof terrace coupled with a full width first floor rear extension serves to transform this property.  The extension adding a walk-in-wardrobe and en-suite to two existing apartments bedrooms.  The roof terrace provides valuable additional outdoor space with great views.  Accessed via a glass cube where one side slides over the other.

    Our client comments.

‘ Simply blown away by our planning permission being granted for a roof terrace. Especially since we were told by residents on our street that it was impossible to achieve this.
