London Side Return Extension
Our side infill extension in Fulham is nearing completion. Located in Elbe Street this side extension, loft conversion and roof terrace transforms a terraced house. The large roof terrace is particularly striking. The addition of the side extension has seen a large light filled kitchen dining space to be formed. Large format glazing ensures a good connection between the interior and the rear garden. Extensive rooflights in the side extension roof add to the sense of openness. The loft conversion and dormer add a new bedroom and bathroom. The roof terrace is easily accessed from the loft level and adds a great deal to the house in terms of added amenity.
During the construction of the works we visit site on a regular basis to inspect the works and review progress against the project programme. We answer any questions that the contractor has. We also process the contractor’s valuations on behalf of the client. Other site activities include the production for a snagging list and the settlement of the final account.
