Hove Loft Conversion Design Phase
This loft conversion project is presently being designed. The challenge is to design a stair that can provide access to the loft, given the way in which the roof pitches work. The solution is a creative feature stair that exploits the challenging geometry.
Hove Loft Conversion on Site
This loft conversion and ground floor refurbishment project is underway in New Church Road, Hove. Whilst on site we visit every week to ensure the project is progressing to time and budget. We are also dealing with the Contractor’s valuations and inspecting the work to ensure it is as the drawings. Liaising with Building Control is another activity as we continue to support the client through the build.
Hove Loft Conversion Completed
This Hip to Gable loft conversion in Hove transforms our clients home and provides a large bedroom and en-suite filled with light and with generous headroom throughout. The hip to gable extension was secured using Permitted Development rights
Hove Loft Conversion Planning Approved
This Loft Conversion in Rustington near worthing transformed a standard bungalow by adding another floor and a generous roof terrace. Planning permission was granted at our first attempt. Extensive use of 3D computer models helped ensure a successful design filled with light.

We enjoy good longstanding relationships with the local planning authority and building control and also local structural engineers and party wall surveyors. We will run a competitive tender process to ensure best value and have a number of local contractors with whom we have been building loft projects for many years.
