New project in Barnes
Working as Architects in Barnes, Shape Architecture carries out a range of residential projects. We have just started on a new project in First Avenue. This is also not far from our project at the Terrace in Barnes where we are remodelling the interior at ground floor.
Barnes House Extensions
Our newest project in Barnes at First Avenue sees the extension and internal remodelling of a terraced house to transform our Client’s home. The internal redesign will include the creation of a master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. We are pleased to be working with an interior designer on this project.
First Steps
Our first action is to carry out the measured survey from which all other drawings flow. We always survey each project ourselves as the practice has a sophisticated IMapper survey station. Undertaking the survey ourselves is very efficient allowing us to quickly gain a thorough understanding of the building. We produce a measured survey brochure for our clients incorporating floor plans, elevations and sections. We will also make a 3D computer model which will be developed as the design progresses.
