Basement Extension in Fulham
Our Fulham basement extension in St. Maur Road is progressing. The initial strip out is completed and nothing of any real concern has been discovered during this progress. The first formal site progress meeting has been held on site and all matters relating to progress of the works have been discussed ranging from project programme to contractor valuations, building regulations and health and safety on site. These meetings will be held every go out weeks and are chaired and minuted by Shape Architecture. In between site progress meetings will be site visits often to discuss particular aspects of the project. We will write a site visit report for each of these visits.
This will be our seventeenth Fulham basement project. This level of experience is invaluable to our clients undertaking basement projects not only during the construction phase but also in designing the project and obtaining planning permission and also at the tender process where we invite four or five experienced contractors to provide a competitive tender.
