Shape Architecture has just been granted planning permission for another project in Fulham. This permission is for a side infill extension, loft conversion with dormer extension and pod room in Epirus Road, Fulham. We carry many of these type of projects throughout Fulham and are just finishing one in Elbe Street in the borough. Each gaining planning permission at the first submission.
Fulham Side Return Extension
Side return extensions represent a very efficient way in which to transform a kitchen. The side return is typically a poor quality external space. Whilst the addition of a side return extension enables a large and contemporary kitchen and dining room to be created.

Pod rooms provide valuable additional space often used as a bedroom, study or bathroom. We have undertaken very many pod rooms throughout Fulham over the last twenty years either as part of a larger project or else a project in their own right. Always successful and straightforward to construct.

As with all our projects we provide interior design services. We are designing kitchens and bathrooms, lighting, bespoke furniture and much else besides. All fully integrated with the architecture. Here particular attention has been paid to the design of the walk in wardrobe and en-suite.
