Elbe Street, Fulham
Side infill extension, loft conversion and roof terrace in Fulham.
This project consists of a number of extensions and the finished project will see a truly transformed home. The roof terrace in particular is a great addition. The project is on site and starting to take shape.
St.Maur Road, Fulham
Basement extension, ground floor and upper level extensions and roof terrace in Fulham
Located off Parsons Green this basement and whole house project is now nearly complete and looking impressive. The fully glazed side infill and the new feature stair to the basement are particularly impressive. The study room giving onto a roof terrace works very well. The range of bathrooms and bespoke furniture also.
Elms Road, Clapham
Rear extension in Clapham
This project sees the introduction of several feature glazed elements. A fully glazed rear extension with elegant glass to glass frameless detailing and an internal glazed box into which a new stair goes, linking ground and lower ground floors. All designed to bring light in and create a sense of openness. The project has gained planning permission and the technical drawings have been prepared. It is now out to tender.
The Terrace, Barnes

This is a small project and one that we very much enjoy working on. To a small terraced house opposite the Thames we are looking at creating more storage alongside a glazed screen to divide the ground floor space, whilst maintaining a sense of openness. Our wide experience of using glass and also designing bespoke furniture drew our clients to Shape Architecture.

Internal remodelling in Ealing
This project has just started. The scheme is for interior design only and will see the opening up and creation of contemporary interior in this charming house. We have carried out the survey and are now starting the series of proposals for issuing to our client. Once our clients have had a chance to digest the range of proposals we will visit for a discussion and look to create the preferred option moving forward.
Westbourne Park Villas, Westminster
Rear extension in Westminster
This is project is on site with a contractor with whom we have built many projects across London, including for family members of our clients. A rear extension creates a large and light filled kitchen and dining space. Every floor is reworked to create an interior suited to our client’s needs. A particular feature is the master suite at first floor, with elegant en-suite and walk-in-wardrobe. Throughout we have designed bespoke furniture for our clients.
Clifton Road, Highgate
Remodelling of 2 storey garden structure in Highgate
We have just produced a series of design proposals for our client on this project, having previously carried out the site survey. The project is to re-work an existing two storey garden structure, improving the layout and connection with the existing house and addressing issues of headroom. The project has much potential and is being extensively explored in a series of 3D computer models.
Burstow Road, Wimbledon
Loft conversion and rear extension in Wimbledon
This project has just started on site and sees a hip to gable loft conversion with dormer and also a pitched single storey rear extension plus extensive internal remodelling. We are working with a contractor with whom we have built many projects and are visiting site frequently to inspect the progress of works, answer questions and deal with Contractor valuations.
Peterborough Road, Fulham
Rear extension in Fulham
We have recently been granted planning permission for this single storey rear extension in Fulham incorporating a green sedum roof with roof lights set within, filling the interior with light. We have worked up the technical drawings set, working alongside a structural engineer and are now running a competitive tender process to select a contractor and ensure our client achieves best value for his project.
