In Clapham, we are reworking a large family home on Elms Road to bring light and coherence to a previously fragmented layout. At the heart of the scheme is a new feature stair, expressed with glass and open risers to flood the centre of the house with daylight. We are also introducing frameless glazing and upgrading key spaces throughout, creating a more functional and contemporary home.

Ealing Extension in Conservation Area
This project, located in the Hanger Hill (Haymills) Estate Conservation Area, features a two-storey side extension that replaces an existing garage. The design enhances both ground and first floor living, all while carefully responding to the surrounding historic context. Sensitive planning strategies — such as setting back the façade and roofline — ensured the proposal was fully supported by the local authority.
