    Peterborough Estate Extension

Shape Architecture is working on the transformation of a house in the Peterborough Estate in Fulham. We enjoy working in this area and have many projects to draw upon and underwrite our understanding of the architecture of the Peterborough Estate
The estate was developed starting in the late 1880s by J. Nichols, who named many of the streets after towns in Kent, where the labourers building the homes originated. We have started the process by carrying out a site survey and producing a measured survey brochure and 3D computer model of the existing property. This has been followed by the production of a proposals brochure where a number of design options have been explored in plans, 3D interior and exterior views. Our client has now chosen his preferred option and we are currently working this up ready to submit the planning application.
