Located in the Telegraph Hill Conservation Area, the extension, alongside internal remodelling serves to transform the ground floor of this property. With a green sedum roof punctuated with rooflights and the creation of a courtyard space the result is a contemporary and light filled home with much improved circulation and connection with the garden.
