Westminster Listed Building Project

At our project in Huntsworth Mews in Westminster, we have continued to expand our portfolio of developing Mews properties.

Here we have been successful in adding both a new storey and converting the garage into habitable accommodation. This has totally changed the nature of the property with the addition of a considerable amount of floor space. The feeling of small tight spaces is now gone and replaced with a sense of space in a light filled and contemporary interior. A large reception room with Kitchen is formed and two additional bedrooms have been added. As with all our projects the opportunities to bring natural light into all parts of the property are explored. Rooflights and structural glass panels help much in this regard.
