Putney Mixed Use Development

Shape Architecture gained planning permission for a small mixed use project in Putney last year which is now nearing completion.  Located on Lower Richmond Road the project comprises an office at  ground and basement levels giving onto lower Richmond road and a small house to the rear. We have added a front lightwell to the existing basement which is now flooded with light and the benefit of natural ventilation and now a pleasant additional space in which to work.
