Shoreham Extension
Shape Architecture has just secured planning permission for a rear extension in Shoreham. Part single, part double the design proposal will transform the property. The ground floor will now become a light filed and contemporary space with a far improved connection to the garden. A far larger dining space has been created alongside a utility room and shower room. At first floor bedrooms have been extended, en-suites and walk-in-wardrobes added, alongside a study space. A key concern of the planners was the scale and mass of a rear two storey extension which we successfully navigated.
