Shape Architecture is presently exploring options for a new roof terrace in Brighton. Located in Palmeira Avenue. The property is a top floor flat and the addition of outdoor space created in the form of a roof terrace would make a great deal of difference to our Client. There is an existing section of flat roof, that with an adjustment in levels and addition of a glazed access door would create a compact roof terrace with wonderful views.
The addition of a roof terrace to flats with limited or no garden space is always a considerable benefit.
Shape Architecture started designing roof terraces some 18 years ago with our roof terrace overlooking Clapham Junction serving a flat. We have gone on to design roof terraces to all manner of properties ranging from the Grade 2 listed Florin Court in Westminster to Adam and Eve Mews in Kensington accessed by a sliding glass box. A distinctive method of access recently repeated at our roof terrace in Norfolk Road in Brighton. Both in Conservation Areas.
If you are considering a roof terrace project please feel free to contact us at Shape Architecture. We would be happy to discuss this with you.
