Courtyard Extension in Brighton

Our project at Crown Gardens in Brighton is currently on site. Whilst a small project it serves to transform the property and our clients enjoyment of their home. Crown Gardens is a charming twitten located near Brighton Station and the property is a narrow terraced house. The brief called for the opening up of the ground floor alongside the addition of a porch and bike store. Planning permission was also gained for the addition of a heat pump. Design options for all of the above were explored with detailed 3D computer models as we illustrate below.
