Ealing House Extension
Shape Architecture continues to design a wide range of house extensions throughout Ealing. One of our current projects in Ealing is at Waldemar Road near Lammas Park. Here we are infilling a gap to the rear of the property in order to create a full width rear extension. We have worked up a number of options in accordance with our clients’ brief. All explored using 3D computer models. Particular attention has been paid to the design of the rooflight and the glazed doors and windows giving onto the garden in order to create a light filled and contemporary interior. Following a further review with our clients we will amend the preferred option as required and update the 3D model for final sign off. We then update the 2D set of drawings and write the supporting Design and Access Statement. This forms the planning application set which we then submit via the on-line planning portal to the planning authority. We continue to keep our clients informed as the planning application progresses.
