Cobham Close consists of six new townhouses built on the site of the old Bolingbroke Public house in Wandsworth.

Each townhouse has the addition of a basement level which then provides access into the garden through a planted sunken patio. The architecture sits well within the street scene and with four town houses fronting the project and two at the rear; a private and green garden space is formed.
