6 New Houses for Developer Client

Shape Architecture continues to work with Developer clients throughout London. We bring over 17 years of experience of such projects and fully understand what is important to our Developer Clients and how we can best help at the various stages of a project. Here we were chosen by the developer client to maximise the potential of a part commercial part residential site and our portfolio of such projects allied to our track record with the planning authority are reasons why we were selected. Equally we were able to produce a pre-app study in 2D and 3D at speed and a very competitive fee. The project sees 4 mews houses and a pair of terraced houses being developed. The pre-app process enables us to engage with the planning department and obtain valuable feedback prior to the submission of the full application.
