Shape Architecture has been appointed to design a roof terrace in Wandsworth and have now issued the draft pre-app brochure to our client. The pre-app process allows us to discover the viability of a project without committing to a full drawing package, which is now quite a common approach with our work throughout London. The process involves visiting site, conducting a measured survey which allows us to respond quickly to our client’s instruction while also allowing us to get to know the building thoroughly at an early stage, and a 2D and 3D draft pack issued to our client for their comments.
