Two Storey Extension in Brighton
This small on plan but two storey in height rear extension has now been completed on site. The extension has added a bathroom at first floor and allowed a re-planning of the first floor bedrooms and at ground floor a new kitchen is formed. The extension represents an efficient use of space that has had a considerable impact on our client’s enjoyment of their home.
Transforming Your Home
The property had a single storey structure at the rear in which the kitchen was located. We gained planning permission to add another storey on top of this which gave space for a new bathroom. At ground floor we largely rebuilt the structure to improve its thermal performance and install a new kitchen more suited to the space.
