Rear Extension in Hove

This project serves to change the principle spaces within the property with the addition of a rear extension. The proposal uses the established roof height to incorporate a feature raked glazed panel that will bring much daylight into the heart of the floor plan. As with all our projects a clearly presented range of design options were presented to our client for review and discussion. These included a mix of 2D plans and 3D views. Once our Client had a chance to digest the proposals then the practice Director visited to discuss their thoughts, answer their questions and work towards a preferred design. A revised proposal was worked up and issued to our client.

Summary
