Rear Extension and Roof Terrace in Brighton

Located near our project in Rugby Road we have now designed the proposed scheme and are moving towards submitting a planning application. An existing outbuilding in a poor state and blocking any views to the garden is demolished and an elegant single storey rear extension replaces it. The extension connects well both physically and visually with the garden and also incorporates a small roof terrace.
