London Basement Extensions
Shape Architecture has a number of basement extension projects in London being undertaken at present – some nearing or having just achieved planning permission, others starting the process. As London basement extensions continue to be a popular type of residential development, we are working across an ever wider area of London and in surrounding areas such as Windsor on basement projects. Below is a list of a number of London Basement projects we are currently working on.
Fulham basement planning permission
Having just obtained planning permission for a basement extension in Fulham at Clonmel Road, Shape Architecture is now working up the detailed design pack. The process involves the detailed design at greater drawing scales of the planning approved project and will show in more detail the ways we are allowing lots of natural light to flood the basement.
Fulham Basement Extension Planning Permission
We have now carried out the digital survey of our Fulham basement extension in Inglethorpe Road, and we are presently working up a series of design options for discussion with our clients. THese options are being created in a mix of 2D drawings and 3D computer models. This allows us to accurately survey how much light would reach the basement in the proposed designs.
Putney Basement Extension Planning Permission
Our Putney basement extension is now nearing its decision date. We are now discussing the next process which is the detailed design of the basement extension. This will look at all aspects of design and construction ranging from basement tanking to lighting design.
Barnes Basement Extension Planning Permission
Our Basement extension in Barnes in Nassau road is currently progressing through the planning application process. The next stage, having completed the consultation period is to meet the Planning Case Officer on site.
Windsor Basement Extension Planning Permission
Our basement extension in Windsor is now progressing well. We have undertaken a digital site survey and have produced a detailed brochure of our survey work, which includes plans, sections, elevations and 3D computer images. The detailed survey provides a sound basis for all follow on work.
Kensington Basement Extension Planning Permission
Our Kensington basement extension at a Mews property in Pembridge Mews will soon receive its planning decision
Kensington Basement Extension Planning Permission
Our Kensington basement extension in Ossington Street is progressing towards the submission of a planning submission. We are currently producing detailed 3D images and animated walkithroughs to ensure that all parties can clearly understand the proposed design.
