Barnes Basement Submitted for Planning
As basement architects in London we continue to design and submit planning applications for basement projects. Our basement in Barnes has now been submitted for planning. Here the project concerns a basement set entirely below the garden with a linking stair between basement and the existing kitchen and dining space. The basement extension is filled with light through a variety of rooflights and the incorporation of a perimeter lightwell.
Putney Basement Submitted for Planning
Our Putney basement extension is submitted for planning and the application is now under consideration by Wandsworth planning department. This week the planning case officer will visit the site. This basement project follows the design approach of a number of our Fulham basement as it was these projects, illustrated on our website, that led our client to choose Shape Architecture.
Kensington Basement Planning Application
As with our Putney basement extension above, the planning case officer will visit the site of this Kensington basement extension this week also. The project sees the addition of a basement to a Kensington Mews property. We had recently obtained planning permission for another Kensington basement conversion to a property in Adam and Eve Mews off Kensington High street.
