Our re-working of a listed apartment in Grosvenor Square serves to transform the layout of the interior. Additional planning permissions also saw the upgrading of the windows to the property in respect of thermal and acoustic performance. As with all such projects we produce extensive computer images to inform the design process and ensure a clear communication with our clients. We also undertook bathroom and bespoke fixed furniture design which necessitated very detailed construction drawings. The apartment is now much more suited to contemporary living with the addition of new ensuite bathrooms for example and the total redesign of the kitchen. The interior is undoubtedly elegant.
