Planning permission has been obtained for a semi-detached house in a street in Ealing. Whilst the street setting is quite typical of the surrounding area, the rear of the building had much potential.
The site is sloping and sits at the edge of a number of green spaces with long uninterrupted views. This was the generation of a proposal of a series of stepped greens sedum roofs that brought the landscape into the building. The stepped roofs also included a number of rooflights into the composition. The proposal achieved planning permission at its first submission.
