This project takes a quite dilapidated office and creates a new office and apartment mixed use scheme.  Located on Lower Richmond Road the project comprises an office at  ground and basement levels giving onto lower Richmond road and a small house to the rear. We have added a front lightwell to the existing basement which is now flooded with light and the benefit of natural ventilation and now a pleasant additional space in which to work.
