Second week back and second Planning permission for New Roof Terrace in Brighton
Our second week back and second roof terrace planning permission has been granted. Offering views of the sea, this roof terrace is located in Palmeira Avenue. The roof terrace provides valuable outdoor space for a top floor flat which has none. As with the majority of our roof terrace projects in Brighton and London we submitted a Pre-App with the planning authority to obtain valuable feedback prior to submitting the full planning application. The Pre-App report was supportive and made some suggestions which we incorporated into the final proposal. This meant that planning permission was granted at our first attempt. Our client will now enjoy a very valuable amenity.
