Clapham Extension
Our project in Elms Road in Clapham is progressing well. The glazed rear extension has just been installed by Maxlight. The fully glazed extension is an elegant and contemporary addition to the property. We have worked very closely with Maxlight to ensure the design matches our client’s expectations. The focus now turns to the installation of the new stair from ground floor to the lower ground floor level. This is formed in oak with open risers and a glass balustrade and is enclosed in a glazed box. It will read well with the glazed extension, which will be immediately visible on entering from the stair. A feeling of light, glass and transparency will characterise the space and this is a feature of all our work.
Clapham Interior Design
The project also includes a series of new bathrooms and bespoke fixed furniture throughout alongside a new kitchen at lower ground floor. We have designed and specified all the interior design works. The design process started with very detailed 3D images of the spaces for discussion with our client. Equally important was our relationship with European Heritage who provided all the floor and wall tiling and a wide range of samples to assist in our decision making.
