The second floor extension is built over an existing three storey structure to the rear of the property. By creating this additional room we are able to relocate the existing family bathroom into this space and then enlarge the three bedrooms. This has created a much improved and more spacious upper floor. The new bathroom feels light and spacious as, in addition to the window giving onto the garden, it also benefits from a large rooflight that fills the interior with light and provides views out to the sky. A large bath is set against the end wall, which has a various storage units worked in and around it. A separate shower is also formed, alongside a WC and wash hand basin. With the relocation of the existing family bathroom the garden side bedroom has been much enlarged and has the additional benefit of new built in wardrobes. Additional interior design work has also been carried out at the lower levels of the property where new door openings have been created and relocated alongside the redecoration of the stairwell and hallways at every floor level.
