Planning permission for New Roof Terrace in Brighton
Our first week back sees another roof terrace planning permission for Shape Architecture. This roof terrace is located in Egremont Place in Brighton. Gaining planning permission at the first attempt, the new roof terrace adds valuable additional outdoor space to a terraced house with little existing garden. The views offered from this elevated position are also a welcome feature. In our design we were able to successfully address the planners concerns regarding overlooking and now look forward to developing the detailed and technical design of the roof terrace.
